“Poor Customer Service”

In the past two months there was a problem with the access number. I was instructed (by e-mail) to use their 800 number (a bit more expensive) and they would credit my account. Then I got a new access number, but the pinless dial feature was gone. I have written 3 e-mails asking to have the problem solved, but nothing has happened.

Last weekend I tried to call Peru and kept getting the message "..the number has been disconnected" after an unusual number of clicks. I tried again this weekend and the problem persists. I have e-mailed the company but I have yet to hear from them.
