Bought a SIM card for Italy. Received it in a letter from Sweden with a APN name in Austria. In Tuscany, did not receive a signal for Planet3, as described. Just the 3 normal Italian suppliers. Also manual setup did not work. When writing them from another computer, just got an extract of the installation guide provided with the card.
Bought then one locally of an Italian provider, which worked perfectly.
Don't even try to get a refund. They will refuse for sure....
Don't buy anything from them. It's a complete rip-off. If you have money to throw away and time to try to get the thing working and get angry instead of holidaying, go ahead!

Hello this is PrepaidSIMcard.org answering. We are sorry to hear about your experiences with our service. Our sim for Italy is a multiple country sim and therefore comes with an Austrian phone number and APN. The sim should nevertheless work in Italy without any problems. We apologize if our support team was not able to solve the situation. Please contact us at [email protected] and we'll make sure to review your case carefully again to determine what happened. All our best / The PrepaidSIMcard.org team
