It was easy using the service, but it still cost me a lot more than I expected. The best way to use this service is through their mobile app with wifi. I used the service in France and calls cost at least 20 cents/minute plus other charges which are hidden. Nonetheless, the calling service was great as advertised. Just be careful and really look after how much you spend, and if wifi is available, use the app all the time. I will still continue using this service just because of its convenience. I wish I knew exactly how much 3G and calls would be before using this service so I won't have surprises.
