i've just discovered nobelcom when looking for an option to call china. a friend told me phone cards can help u save a lot of money when you're calling outside the country. i have the 1 second shanghai that gives me 2.5c per minute to call my family, no hidden fees or monthly bills. its a lot cheaper that most of the services i've tried, incl skype and i can use it from anywhere!
