I have been a Cloncom customer for 10 years. I recently made 2 calls to a UK Bank of about 10 mins each. I have their Ultra Saver Card & for a simple UK call from the US the rate should be .94c/min. The cost for the 2 calls should have been $2.91. After requesting my log they supplied it after a long delay which revealed I was charged instead $14.95 for the calls. I appealed the charge & was told it had been referred to the Technical Dept.Then I heard the charge was in order. I asked for details & was told again the charge was in order. No details were supplied.
