I have used them for over 2 years and has upgraded my phone now First of all it doesn't work with Iphone5S and if you try to call their customer services they will transfer it to IT and the excuse is they will comeback to you which they will never, same applies, if you try to communicate with them over live chat or email if they cannot rectify the problem they will disconnect the chat without letting the customer know and you will not get any email in reply at all.
The only emails in response to the queries are automated.

Waste of time, will never recommend to anyone.
