I took my plan out after receiving 4 free weeks with my registered vet, I've not paid a premium yet as the first month was free - I had to make a claim due to kitten antics and potentially ingesting toxic lilies which required full 24 hour observation & treatment from my vet and an overnight hospital (I will not be having lilies in the house from now on!) My claim has been will be paid and a response with in 7 days of submitting the paperwork, no quibbles and easy to do - Thank you Petplan you are worth every penny on the premiums should we need to contact you again.
