I recently had a problem with one of my cats being ill. I was insured with Morethan so I phoned their helpline. They were really helpful and knowledgeable and advised me to take my cat to the out of hours emergency vet clinic. It transpired my cat had a liver problem and needed a few days in hospital on a drip with antibiotics and numerous tests were carried out. As a result we had to cancel out holiday.

The vet fees were paid direct to the vets without any fuss minus the £75 excess and 10% excess and my holiday fees were refunded.

It was a hassle free experience....and little Lola is just doing fine now!
