notbeen with them long and wont be staying do not deal with vets direct and you are not told this why the hell would you take insurance out if not to take the worry out of finding the money upfront when your pet is ill scandelous this message is going on every available site i can find DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY DONT CARE IF YOUR PET NEEDS TREATMENT OR NOT YOU YOURSELF HAVE TO PAY THEY JUST WANT UR MONEY
