COMPLETE SCAM

We took out our pet insurance with churchills as we "thought" they were a repitable company....WE WERE SOOO WRONG!..When we took out the policy, we called to confirm that if our dog became ill we could make a claim, this due to being ripped off a few years prior with our old dog. They said yes this is the policy you need. We are now in our third year, having stayed with them, paying £35 a month. Our dogs legs were buckling under him and he was struggling to breath, so we took him to the vets. He has been on 5 differrent tablets, had many blood tests done, loads of xrays to name some of the treatment he needed. We called churchills and they said we were only covered for emergencies!...What a joke! This is not what was said when we took out the policy years before. We are now in legal proceedings, as we feel they have missold this to us. So far we have spent about £1000.
