Unfortunately, I have had to make a claim for a heart condition my cat developed in January and he sadly passed away in February after recieving extensive treatment. I made a claim with Asda, and still to this date ( mid-May ) they have not paid out, and seem to be dragging their heels, always putting 'new' obstacles in the way all the time - I get the impression they are trying their best to avoid paying out. I urge everyone to stay away from this company, they are truly awful when you need them most. My other cat suffered an injury a few years ago as a result of a car accident, and he was insured with PetPlan, and PetPlan were a dream to deal with, they promply paid out and their customer service is much better. I gave Asda 1 star because I couldn't give them no stars, but 1 star is more than this horrible company deserve. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
