My dog developed a skin condition while insured with Argos Pet Insurance and they have given us an excellent service from start to finish. They have paid our vets directly as we requested and there has been no quibble over our dogs illness or it's validity in respect of our claim. it is an ongoing illness and they continue to pay for her care with no questions asked and no trying to "wriggle "out of payments via technicalities etc.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have been incredibly easy to deal with on all aspects of the claim and when it was time to renew our policy, they did not place an excessive increase on our premium even though we had made a claim.
