Providing you follow Animal Friends claim procedure, you shouldn't go wrong. We had 5 claims to make during our cats eye surgery. Unfortunately it was the vets that were getting the claims wrong by not providing history or incorrect completion of the claim form. As long as your aware of what should happen, you should keep on top of it.

All claims were paid promptly. Full history was only required with the first claim. Subsequent claims being back dated to the previous claim. This helped keep the paperwork to a minimum.
