Very pretentious bunch. Grooming is fine but customer service is brash and unforgiving. I was late for my appointment as my 10 month old baby decided to do a poop in his nappy and I was only 15mins late. They cancelled my appointment to give it to someone else and cited how I have been late before so they will now take me off the customer list. Honestly as a paying customer I find this type of business model very shocking. They didn't even try to call me to find out if I was on the way. This is on top of the fact that I called them an hour earlier to confirm my appointment. I was so shocked of what they said I left the shop on silence. I couldn't believe it. They have so much business now they really don't care. Very unfortunate but that is how it is when pride overwhelms the business. Shameful.

I took a very mucky, matted cockapoo into Fetch22 today and returned to collect a beautiful fluffy sweet smelling gorgeous puppy.

It was her first visit and we will definitely be returning regularly. i couldn't believe how wonderful she looked. She had been groomed once before and I realise now how badly.....

I take my friends Cavalier king Charles here she always looks fantastic after being groomed at Fetch 22 and she loves going into the shop as they always know her by name. Would recommend to anyone the owners are friendly and welcoming.

THis is a small family business. And they are fantastic. My dogs wants to go into the shop whenever we walk pass. Very friendly service to customers and their owners. Good range of food on offer as well as toys, beds, leads and collars. Knowledgable people and always happy to help. A great shop to have in East Finchley. And everyone walking dogs in the area talk about them. All positive. Don't hesitate, become a customer owner and you won't regret it.

Had my Westie groomed yesterday - possibly the best cut he's ever had, looks like a different dog! They even managed to trim his nails without any stress. Highly recommend Fetch 22 Ltd Dog & Cat Grooming, London!
