I am a first time buyer of a personalised number plate and was not really very confident. I made a mistake in stating what I wanted and when I realised this I e-mailed the company to ask for advice. I was absolutely amazed and very pleased that within a few minutes, at 8.00pm on Saturday evening of a Bank holiday weekend, Martyn actually telephoned me to discuss what I needed, put my mind at rest and took the details of the dealer from whom I was buying my new car to liaise directly with them to ensure that everything will be sorted when I go to collect my car. He was so polite and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to my friends.
Great to get this kind of personal service from a company nowadays.
Brilliant!!
