I ordered plates for two vehicles on a Wednesday evening, and paid extra for Royal Mail Special Delivery to get them on Friday. On Friday morning I received an email saying they had shipped. Because Special Delivery doesn't work on a weekend that meant I would receive them on Monday. I paid for 24 hour service and am waiting four days. I emailed a complaint and was told they had run out of blank plates. I replied saying that wasn't good enough and a refund was in order; not even the curtesy of a reply.

Avoid this company, it's a shambles.
