Really pleased with the plates although they were a day later than expected. To be fair Emerald Plates did inform me they were out of stock of the fixing kits and there would be a slight delay. Overall happy.

I ordered some number plates from Emerald Plates. A couple of hours later someone from the company phoned me to tell me the spacing that I had used on their plate builder was illegal. They explained that they only made legal number plates and that in any case I risked being pulled by the police and that my car would defo fail an MOT with illegal plates. I had no idea about any of this and it was refreshing to deal with a company that wanted to do the right thing rather than just take my money.

I have dealt with emerald several times and always found the service to be efficient and quick. The product arrived well packaged and promptly as promised and included fittings. I chased my order initially which was great as I received a tracking number and was able to locate my parcel. I recommend the product to all who require a great service and efficient.

The number plates were stolen off my car 2 days before my family and I were due to set off on holiday. I panicked thinking the trip was in jeopardy. Emerald Plates were excellent from start to finish. I ordered my number plates on their excellent website at about noon on a Tuesday and they dropped through my door the following morning recorded delivery. Well packaged and a superbly made product. Highly recommended.
