I found Peter after reading his blog and was impressed by some of the subject matter he'd put out. I also found out he was apublished author so I decided to purchase his books. At the time I was lookign for a personal trainer after a bad experience at a local gym. I wanted to gain fitness for some adventure events but also gain confidence back to begin a real strength program. I few friends suggested something like statrting strength, 5x5 etc. I took 6 weeks of sessions with Peter before unfortunatly having to move location due to my working situation. I could not have found him to be a better trainer. He was very good. I hit every target I had but more importantly gained the confidence to actucally solo strength train at a the gym myself. After moving my work location I am now training still using advice and methods Peter gave to me...without the need for a trainer!!!I even read aroudn the subject myself now. For any one serious about getting fir and strong go to him. Ive had many trainers and I'm not in my early 40's and I view this as my last chance to get fit so I paid what he asked for. He shown me that I have much more left in the tank and can still reach a peak. I'm better all around for the 6 weeks we trained together.
