Safetynet Took money from my bank to repay my loan every single time my wages/tax credits went in. Which wasn't too much of a problem. Until recently. I have had to have time off work due to a family member being ill so a friend very kindly gave me some money for my Christmas food shopping which safety net took from my account less than 12 hours later. I borrowed the money straight back but of course due to interest I was £20 down. I emailed them and their reply was basically "nothing we can do, its our policy" I continued to change my online banking details thinking that if they couldn't access my account then they wouldn't know how much I've got therefore I could pay back on my terms. They rang me to tell me that if they couldn't access it then they would take the full amount outstanding when they "think" I get paid. Then had the cheek to ask me to call them back if I was experiencing financial difficulties despite me already explaining my situation. I have now canceled the CPA with my bank. I could go on in more detail about how unhelpful and just plain wrong they were. Do not trust these fools!!!!
