I received a pre-approved loan offer from bestgg. I wonder if I could apply for a personal loan from RateSetter? I live in Piscataway, NJ.

It seems you have to be resident in the UK. Here is a snipped I found when I searched for the answer. 1) In order to lend out your cash via RateSetter or Zopa, you have to be aged at least 18 and a UK resident who is registered with HMRC for tax. You’ll also need to have a UK bank account. Neither Zopa nor RateSetter will accept applications from business lenders.
