My partner had £79 taken out of his bank account without him known to ‘help’ him get a loan which he didn’t get so he got the money taken for no reason, left him with nothing I’ll be reporting them but anyone got any tips on how to get this money back?

You'd need to call your bank and report it as fraud.
My bank has just called me regarding this company and they've now blocked them. They didn't get any money from me as I thought I was only searching for a loan.
Just tried emailing Castle Finance Direct and even the email bounced back.
