I am having a total nightmare trying to obtain two pension plans from Aegon - they took five weeks and several phone calls just to send me the forms - Sent forms back with driving licence and bank statement for I.d. by Special Delivery which were signed for at their office - now they have lost my driving licence and it does not even appear on their system. More delays no doubt. I am sure monkeys would be more efficient. When I was working for a legal company we would have no clients if we were this incompetent. DONT USE THIS COMPANY
