I was in finansial crisis and that company give me 500 loan. After repay loan on the time I taked new loan for 350. After repay that loan on the time I was declained. So I can't recommende this company for use to take loan. I had problem with the date of signature agreement becouse I try take loan on 5.09.19 and then I sign it, but they send for my account money on 8.09.19 and still they wanna take repey like on agreement on 6.09.19. So I borrow money for 6 days but I must to repay for 7 days. 

Declined again, despite having had several loans with this company before which were all paid back on time and in full. Since they made whatever changes they made in the summer they are not worth using.

Over the last couple of months I have not been well and a family issue been very helpful no hassle I couldn't be more grateful for the help and support very happy with the customer service I received would recommend piggy bank to anyone

Loan sharks, I originally took out a loan for £600 over 5 months. Whilst talking to a family member about the loan, they were horrified at the interest rate I was paying and kindly offered to clear the loan for me and I would pay them back without any interest. I called piggy bank to arrange to settle my account to be advised that they would not take the payment from my family member who was with me at the time and wanting to pay with their debt card. Anyway a long story short we had to arrange a bank transfer from my family members bank account to piggy banks account!!! Anyway they have since blocked my account and have put a notice advising I would not be accepted for a loan with them again!! I am currently in contact with sols and CAB to ensure they haven’t impacted my credit score by doing this. STAY WELL CLEAR OF PIGGYBANK - THEIR SO CALLED MANAGERS Require some in depth trading on customer service and knowing their products as they were unable to tell me where in their T&Cs does it state the loan cannot be cleared by a third party, surely it’s a good thing to clear the loan early - I guess not when they charge extortionate interest rates. Goodbye piggybank and good riddance

Loan gets accepted then they will whilst on the phone asking questions just stop the loan without you agreeing then rejecting your second application that they MADE you do!!

Better pay day lenders out there, piggy bank may look good because it’s “quick and online” but honestly they are terrible. If you need money, go with myjar.

Could of chose out of hundreds of similar loan companies but liked the sound of this one. Not a problem applying and was quick. I was approved my loan and signed all i needed to. Then to my surprise rather than the money being paid to my account then. I got a statement saying it was going to be 3 hrs at 9am, is when it will be sent. Come 9am no money so checked website and it now says another three hours it will be in at midday. No explanation for changes in fact its like the 9am one never existed. The fact i could of had it off another loan company almost instantly makes it worse because i am in need of it asap. Wont be using them again

Took a loan with them Never defaulted or not paid on time! Twice I’ve had to add a new card in5 months due to losing one and one was damaged this month had so many emails as they said I’d not added my card and they couldn’t take payment so I asked what card they trying and it was wrong one! So gave new details again! And then the customer service lady then says in a rude way “why do you keep changing you cards? What’s going on in your life? I was taken aback and said to her why is that any of your business? I’ve never not paid or defaulted so why are you being aggressive asking my personal business then proceeded to laugh at me when asking for her name and wouldn’t put me through to a manager! Hence 2 days later still waiting! I would of had a second loan and would of recommended if this hadn’t of happened on Tuesday! No blooming chance now! Rude awful stafff and no call backs from managers

I was hesitant to apply for a loan with PiggyBank as anybody knows it is not a good idea to borrow unless you're able to pay back. I applied first time and was accepted. I encountered some difficulties when paying the money back so contacted PiggyBack straight away. They dealt with my issue promptly and allowed to set up an affordable payment plan. The team is great and always willing to help. Very happy customer.

Great and easy loan company with the patience of saints, as my hours decreased and other minor debts creeped up there was a point where I could not afford repayments with this company but once I explained my situation they helped put me on a new payment plan and kept with me till the end, thank you so much for everything, friendliest loan company out there! This company is cancer. After sending my application they forwarded my details to some other companies. Now every day I recieve phone calls, texts and spam on my email including some sham attempts. Their customer service after "investigating the case" stated that it didn't happen at all. I applied for their loan two months ago...I unsubscribed from about 40 mailing lists but there are still sham mails that can only be blocked one by one. I really regret that I was in need that day and tried this shady lender. They should be audited by authorities to be honest. Cancer company!

They give you a time and date the money will come into your account. I did not recieve. I was approved but no money was given into my bank account. But yet they still took a payment off of me? Complete disgrace and I would stay well away.
