Kwik Quid has excellent customer service and kept me up to date all the way through phone calls, texts and emails. I was even more pleased that my loan was approved on the same day. When I received a call from Kwik Quid they explained step by step the procedure of the loan and how they would transfer the money on the same day.

After having a few months of financial chaos (to put it politely!) my credit rating fell through the floor with defaults left right and centre which meant that usual lenders wouldn't allow me to borrow despite being able to afford the repayments. By using a guarantor Kwik Quid UK asked their necessary questions and approved my loan. Something was incorrect on my credit file which stalled their process slightly but they were still very efficient, kept me very up to date with progress while they looked into it for me and even came up with a solution when we realized it would take nearly a month to correct the info on file. It's fantastic that there are still companies out there who actually listen to you and offer credit to people with poor history without charging a ridiculous APR! Used these years ago after my business fell apart and I needed to rebuild my shocking credit and they were equally great then too so I highly recommend them! Every member of staff chatty and courteous which is a refreshing change from some of the other pushy companies out there which I now think are charlatans in comparison to this service. 5 stars isn't enough - excellent service Kwik Quid keep it up!

Loans direct uk confirmed my funds first so had to go with them as i needed the money, but would highly recommend kwik quid uk also.
