I had been told that I was going be get leave to remain, been told it was not going to get challenged, then after the deadline it was challenged. I had tried for almost ten years to sort things out. My husband and I as sponsors were represented by Westkin Associates in both an appeal against a Settlement Visa refusal for my Son, and an Immigration Tribunal in respect of my mother’s appeal against the refusal of a Settlement Visa.
