Yes, I too, wish I'd read this before I'd ordered a car seat. I can't believe they have not been arrested for fraud yet. They took my payment on 8 June, gave me a delivery date, changed it at the last minute to the following week, then of course nothing arrived. Email from Aimee said she'd look into it then get back to me but she didn't. So I emailed asking for a refund, to which she replied it would be back on my credit card account within 2-6 days. That was 2 weeks ago, and I am still waiting. Cant get through to her by phone, and she doesn't answer my emails now. Hopefully Barclaycard will be able to help...
