This tech support is way to expensive for what you get. The wait times to get help are very long. You get no trial period to test the product. They are very hard to understand and have to repeat themselves a lot. I would not recommend this tech support.

I beg to differ, they are great techs. I guess no one gives a trial for technical support. I have been using their services for over an year now and i am really happy :)
