I have worn glasses all my adult life and wish I'd been to this optician sooner. I was met by very friendly professional staff who bent over backwards to help me, the glasses I had were causing numerous problems. I was advised my glasses would take between 7 and 10 days, they arrived back in 4 days. When I went to collect them, for the first time ever I was encouraged to read things. The only thing I didn't like was the price of my glasses but then I have to have the best I can but I was talked through this process beforehand!

Myself and my husband have been using Paul Verity opticians for the last 2 years, and are more than happy with everything that they do for us. Excellent staff (we use Ilkley branch)who text us when our orders are ready to collect, which is really helpful! They ordered me a specific pair of sunglasses that I had seen in London, and not available yet in Yorkshire! Like to be ahead of the game! My husband had a favourite pair of sunglasses and had the lenses changed for prescription ones, and how great not to be pushed into buying new ones - though saying that he now wants another pair seen in the shop, so here we go again! Glasses were ready in 3 days with new lenses and totally amazed as have had to wait up to 2 weeks in the past at other places.
