I got my new lenses put into my frame while I was waiting and even got offered coffee as did my partner. Great friendly business, great service and price recommended to family and friends.

I went in for my consultation on Friday which I booked on the phone like the website said,I was suprised with the choice. The staff where awesome with advice and made a decent coffee too. In the end I picked police for my best pair and rayban for my sunglasses. Cant wait to get then thanks guys

I went in here today with my friend to get some glasses. They have a beautiful selection of glasses frames, my friend and I decided with the ladies help to have some police glasses they are so pretty, they also did them why I waited couldn't ask for more. Top staff and service thanks again

I have had my last two pairs here and I'm really happy with the price and choice, can't fault the service by the staff and even found them pleasant , no pressure , honest answers and advice,my experience on both occasions is very positive, no complaints at all, I'll use them again no reservations.There was nothing that I didn't like about the place, it's just been refurbished and has designer glasses cheaper but I don't like paying for names and always get the better quality frames at a decent price so why bother, although my husband says I should have had these Rayban frames, I'm a traditional style glasses wearer I'm afraid.Oh, one thing, no sugar next time.joke

I visiting this shop the other day. The shop was well presented hundreds of different frames for me to choose from very good offers, the staff where very helpful with advice and service was very good better than the shambles I dealt with at asda. I will be recommending my son and his family to go here from now on.

I went here with my prescription after being quoted an extremely high price from my optician, I walked in greeted with a smile,the staff in the shop where very helpful and always ready to answer my questions on the sort of lens and gave me the best advice, I had a lovely girl assistant help me pick my frame the one that suited me best, got a great deal with people that actually know what there doing and not trying to rip me off,thank you for all your help factory specs I will be recommending you to all my family and friends thanks again

well, having read mainly good reviews on this company,and a few bad, which you have to way up on balance, i thought id go and give it a look, and , i am very pleased i did, the new specs are well made, and look really nice, but the amazing thing is, they were half as much as i am always being asked to pay elsewhere, and the staff seemed absolutely fine, and even polite,and i certainly would go out of my way to recommend them.
