Ordered Mr & Mrs board game then received an email back saying 'Your order is on-hold until we confirm payment has been received.' then soon after my card was trying to be used to purchase electrical goods worth over £400. I cannot prove it is them but seems strange it happened straight after I received that email. I should have checked their security on website as when going back onto the site I noticed there was no padlock in the corner of the address bar making this an unsecure website for payments. Do not use if you don't want someone else trying to use your card.

Ordered Mr and Mrs board game and used my debit card. Still not received my item, however today £53.99 to TPS online ECOM debited my account. Searched this online and it’s to The Perfume Shop. I rang my bank to query the debit and advised them that I had not bought anything from the perfume shop. The bank have raised a fraud investigation and cancelled my card. The Boardgamer is the only place I have used my card online and after reading all the reviews I believe this company is using the card details to make random purchases. Probably small enough so that it goes unnoticed. BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I purchased on the 7th January 2018 and still not received the item 42 days after purchasing.

Sent 3 emails on 'contact us' page and no acknowledgment or contact from them.

They take your money but don't ever deliver and don't even reply - i would not recommend.

I would rate less than 1 star if it was an option.

Order 10 Dec got email back to confirm order but when I emailed them back I never received one back and still have not received my stuff

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered Lattice game did not arrive sent e mail did not reply.Site should be shut down

If you are reading this before you purchase, please please don't even consider this web site, within hours they were using my credit card on dubious web site, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

My wife ordered a Latice Deluxe Board Game at £14.99 on Sunday 10th December. She received an order acknowledgement, but no goods. She checked online and no money has been debited. She tried using their Contact Us messaging service but no reply so far. I took a look and noticed that the links across the bottom don't work: Free Delivery, No Quibble Returns, Family Run Business, Support. Also as other have mentioned no contact address or telephone number.

We have checked our bank transactions online again today, and so far no money has been taken and no spurious transactions, but from what others have said now concerned that some fraudulent organisation has all the bank details.

DO NOT purchase anything from this site!!!!! Ordered a week ago and nothing has been delivered, no emails answered and my card has been used to purchase items. I've have had to cancel my credit card. It should be shut down....why hasn't it been?????

I ordered a game on 22 November and received an order number. A week later no delivery and no update on progress. So I tried to contact the company, but there is no phone number just an e-mail contact via the website. I e-mailed on 29 November, but as at today's date 5 December I have not had a reply, I have not had any progress regarding delivery and my item has not arrived. I didn't look at the customer reviews before ordering (and I have not used the company before), but I wish I had as they are all very poor. A total waste of money as I will now have to but the item elsewhere to be sure to have it for Christmas.

After ordering yesterday morning my bank contacted me to tell me about a fraudulent activity on my account to a totally different amount & time to which I ordered & the transaction I made & this company didn’t even show up !! Please do NOT buy off this website as now I’ve had to cancel my card ! A total annoyance as to which I can’t believe after all previous reviews nothing has been done about it !
