I’m never ever had this problem with other companies. Bought walking boots one appears to be falling apart with less than 2 months wear. Was told my SD online chat to take them back to store. The store refused to return them - told me head office would name and shame them if they took them back as they are worn (well of course they are worn they are walking boots !!!!)
I expected at least a year out of a pair of walking boots
Getting no where with customer service on email !
