I came across this online store while searching for a carpet for my Tent. i found one on there site in the colour i wanted and added it to the basket to have a look round the rest of the store. The phone then rang and somehow my computer had logged our so i had to enter the product into the shopping basket again. The item was delivered very quickly by Citylink, when opening the item i realised it was the wrong one and i went to look at my purchase and realised i had made a mistake and ordered the wrong one. I emailed Hillfields Camping and Leisure and told them i had made a mistake and ordered the wrong one and they said that was fine, if i could package the item back up i could return it and they would send me a new one out. One problem, i was waiting to get paid so didn't have the money to send it back.......they were great.....they said they would send out a new carpet for me next day delivery and arrange for the courier to collect me old carpet while he was delivering my new one so i didn't need to pay out any extra. They were really helpful and will use again as my main Camping gear supplier. If i could give 10/10 i would have.
