of late I have become a little absent minded and when ordering from these guys, I ordered completely the wrong sizes of varivas hooks. I placed my order and literally went away on business for two and a half weeks. My wife obviously receipted the order and it sat on my tying table until my return. So nearly three weeks later I open the package to discover my mistake, after a quick round of emails with the advisor, no quibble, no hassle. I returned my incorrectly ordered hooks and my new ones arrived in a matter of days! Really happy with the service, I didn't expect it to be as easy as this given the time span.

Great service from the team at the fly tying company. I had a small issue when processing payment with my computer. In fact, my computer caused the issue and i wasnt sure if the payment was actually taken.

A quick email and a fast response and I had all my answer. All was ok!

I orders some Hareline materials and am really impressed with the quality and price.

am pretty new to fly tying, new being since the beginning of 2011. Anyhow, I needed to top up on a few of my materials and after a few searches in google, i decided to use the fly tying company. I ordered a few hooks and some hends materials (never heard of hends before) and upon receipt i was really impressed with the quality. Plus, my order arrived the following morning which really took me by surprise. I have since placed a few other orders and also spoken with them directly and i cannot praise them enough. They are only a small company, nothing like the big sellers out there but i would use them over any of the others. really like there website too!

I Buy from a number of fly tying suppliers dotted around the country. All share the same attributes, 3-5 day delivery and minimum £3.00 delivery change.

Well, I stumbled on the Fly Tying Company when searching for some Partridge Salar hooks. Never heard of them below and couldn't find much about them so before I made a purchase, I contacted them. Well, the response via email was quick, the guy stated he was a newly formed (late 2011) family run business and if I should have any other concerns, to drop him another email. So I ordered my hooks and all I can say is praise.

Delivery: cheaper than the competition

Delivery Time: It was with me in a couple of days.

Would I use again: absolutely.
