I put on a pair of Padders purchased last year but left in their box until yesterday. I felt like something sticky was on the soles and when I investigated both soles were crumbling apart and my hallway was covered in fragments of synthetic material. The shoes were binned in disgust and the last Padders shoes I will ever by just hit the dust. A very expensive mistake indeed.

BOTH SOLES COMPLETELY DISINTEGRATED AFTER BEING WORN A HANDFUL OF TIMES

Just gone for a ten minute stroll and thought I'd wear my brown suede Padders for a change (worn them only a handful of times previously). I start to feel a little uncomfortable while walking and realise the rubber heal on both sides are completely disintegrating as I'm walking!!!

I'm so angry.

Customer service completely ignored my emails!

I had a problem with a pair of Padders that I'd had for a while and were out of warrantee. After contacting the Padders after-sales department and explaining the fault, I was treated with the utmost courtesy and consideration. I was asked to choose a replacement pair and these were sent at a considerable reduction.

I cannot praise them highly enough.

My husband has worn Padders footwear for many years and recently we had cause to ask their customer service department to assist us with a problem. It was resolved quickly and efficiently and we are now in possession of a discounted, new pair of sandals from excellent customer relations.

In an occupation where I am on my feet and active all day and need sturdy footwear that is also comfortable. I can across some Padders that was in the sale and decided to give them a try. Wow! from the very first step not one blister, friction rub or tired feet from the word go - they are like wearing slippers! Cushioned insteps for absorbing shock incredibly well made and an absolute dream for active feet. Really really impressed with the comfort and quality of Padders.
