warning!! Do not let this company trick you aswell!!! They’ve taken a lot of money and say they’ll send the items within 3/5 days, but nothing comes. They are based in germany and do not reply to any emails or answer any phone calls. Now starting legal proceedings.

Non existent communication, tried sending back a pair of damaged Vans can't get a reply from anyone, it's been months since I first messaged them now and still nothing despite trying multiple emails and social media messages. Avoid this company!

On their main page they advertise 4,9 euro delivery costs within belgium. And also in the text at the beginning of the delivery costs page. But they charged 5,9 euro. I created a customer service ticket but they said I had to better look because lower on the delivery page they advertise 5,9 euro. You can better buy somewhere else because you have to pay for the return costs. They try to hide it by being vague about it.

I ordered on the 28/12 & still not received anything on the 20/1 after numerous phone calls & Brexit getting blamed but then on the 25/1 i sudden I got a refund & after phoning them again got told it was an error but if I wanted to reorder the delivery cost had changed from £3.99 to £6.90 but the items I originally ordered was NOT in stock anymore, don’t shop with them

This place couldn’t exist in the USA. They will let you order sneakers that haven’t even been released yet, and for half the price. That should clue you in. Any positive reviews are likely written by them. If it’s too good to be true, then it ain’t true!

STAY AWAY COUNTERFEIT I purchased a pair of trainers but realised I had put the wrong delivery address half was my Work and the postcode was my home address. I emailed them 5 times I only received 1 email back in German. I tried calling one line was dead the other was a scary German voicemail. I did get my trainers after 2 weeks but the are counterfeit. More emails sent but no reply.

I ordered a pair of trainers on 27/01 and received my confirmation email the same day. So far, so good; but then the email said they were stocktaking in their main warehouse that weekend so there may be a 2 day delay on top of the 2-5 working day delivery, I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a while. I then had to get in touch via twitter (no response), contact form on their site twice (no response either time) and Facebook where their social media person was terrible at responding, firstly claiming it was unmanned over the weekend, yet they still managed to send a generic response on Saturday. They then said to me that my order had been lost due to an error in their systems and they don't realise this happens until the customer gets in touch with them and chases things up. So if I hadn't got in touch I would have been waiting weeks for my order. Their prices are good and delivery is free but I will never ever order from kickz.co.uk and have been as vocal as possible to underline how appalling they are as a company.

Ordered a bag from here, which was a bit foolish on my part because there was zero product details, and I realised I might have bought the wrong size (bare in mind this is not a cheap bag so I want it to be right). So I emailed to cancel the order, and was told it can't be done and I'd just have to send it back. This was before the item was even shipped. Tried calling the "Service Hotline", no answer. So now I have to send the thing back to effing germany for no reason whatsoever. Do not shop here. Just don't. The free shipping drew me in but now I'm gonna have to fork out sending it back and wait weeks before I get any refund.

I ordered a pair of converse they arrived after about 5 days they were huge on my daughter. I wanted to exchange for a smaller size tried twice to email to ask about returns with it being in another country it's been over 1 week and I still have had no reply. I also decided to ring the customer help line countless times it rings a few times then cuts off. I certainly will not be buying from this company again and would advise the same to anyone else

I ordered a uk size 5.5 shoe, they sent a uk size 8,i sent them back and asked for uk size 5.5, they sent me a uk size 7! How difficult can it be? Also takes hours to get through on phone, and then the staff don't give a Damm,shocking company, DO NOT USE.

Read reviews after making my order which made me sceptical but my product came on time and was exactly what I ordered. No complaints. Plus the product was cheaper than anywhere else online and was out of stock in-stores.

I recently order from this store, but then I decided to cancel my items due to needing the money and I realised this site has awful reviews. When I buy/order things, I always check my bank account after to see if the money has been taken out (to prevent over drawing) and as soon as I had placed my order, I checked my balance, and the money had been taken out; however, when I emailed to cancel my items and asked when my money would be put back into my bank account (which I had to do 4 times due to lack of getting back to me on the issue- but eventually they got back to me) I had an email back saying that my money had not been debited, which it actually had!! I have now emailed them, again, complaining and I explained to them that my money HAD been taken out and have asked them to get back to me about this issue ASAP. I have read reviews about this site taking your money and I now have a bad feeling that they are going to do the same again to me. I have never had this issue with any other site, so keep clear of kickz.co.uk as they do not care about customers, they only seem to care about the money.

I just got some shoes and got riped off they chared me $390 and the price of the shoes where $80 and I'm thinking about souwing them

Customer service with Kickz is absolutely shocking, complete waste of time, never buy anything from this website! Was looking forward to getting my pair of sneakers but they have wasted my time whilst I could have bought it from another website. Never purchasing anything from this website again!!

ordered a pair of shoes yesterday - '1' pair was 'in stock' - today i received an email to say they are not in stock and order is on 'back order' i rang customer service and was told that if it says there is only one or two in stock they are not in stock they are on back order ??!!! i explained that it would have been helpful to have know this prior to my purchase - i was told that this information is on the web site - as i had not ordered from this company before i thought i had been pretty thorough in reading their conditions but clearly not thorough enough. i have been told that it will take an extra 3 days - lets hope it isn't any longer.

Dont listen to their policy of 1-3 working days! Load of rubbish.

Ordered shoes to switzerland. had to pay customs and tax although already paid german tax. had to return shoes because they were too small. but tax was not returned from kickz. so now i paid 30chf for nothing. great service!
