Terrible Customer Service
Ordered a pair of shoes from keenfootwearshop.com which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately they were the wrong colour and size. Contacted customer service and was told to keep the shoes and they would refund me 7% of my cost. I then insisted that the shoes were of no value to me and that I wanted a refund. At that point I was told there would be a 20% handling fee, a 20% restalking fee plus I would be responsible for shipping costs. This is obserd.
I had exactly the same thing happen to me with Keenshoessaleuk.net. They sent the wrong shoes and would not exchange them for the right ones unless I paid for the postage to China and back and would not refund the money, I offered to send the shoes back (payment on arrival).
Makes me think that they are the same company
