Horrid customer service and 100% untrustworthy. Needed a table runner for an exhibition but Banner Buzz couldn't even locate my order on the date it was supposed to be delivered. The date of the exhibition came and went and I didn't need the table runner anymore, so I just cancelled my order. They never did find out where my table runner was...nor did anyone care to find out. Entrust your business to OfficeMax or Staples....they might have pricier products, but at least you will get your order. Lesson learned here....will never, ever order from them again.
