very impressive but SMS message saying document are available is sent out before they actually are available. Small IT change I think.

Can't retrieve my documents. Entered the correct password and address but It still wont let me download the certificate which in turn means I can't use my boat until this problem is sorted....what a waste if time and money.

Cannot obtain insurance documents by email. Does not recognise my email address although it quotes my email address in the acceptance of insurance after taking the money.

Going away tomorrow 28/03; cannot use the boat on inland waterways as no 3rd party documents available.

Tried to telephone but closed after 17:30 hrs.

Waste of time should have kept insuring with my broker!!!!
