Made an order for £50 of goods on the 15th June. Received email confirmation and 3 days later a dispatch email.

Now as the 27th June I have still not received my order. Have tried calling them, no answer, texts, no answer, emails, no response. Website has disappeared, eBay shop gone, Facebook account, gone! Not looking good.....

Luckily I paid via PayPal, so have put in a claim and will hopefully be refunded.

I have been using happy hoppers for a few months now and the prices and quality of the products are better than other pet shops locally. And I have always received my orders very quickly! The lady that takes the orders is very helpful and friendly and if they miss my call they have always called me back!

I have only completed telephone orders so far so next time I will look at the website to browse the products.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to the staff and managing director of Happy Hoppers for their exceptional customer service. I have been trying to get hold of my dog's favourite chew treats for some weeks, unfortunately Happy Hoppers like other suppliers were unable to fulfill my order due to a problem with the manufacturers. However, they went out of their way to establish what the problem was, when it could be resolved, order an alternative and even sent a similar complimentary bag of treats in the meantime. I also received a phone call from a very nice lady at Happy Hoppers shortly followed by a lovely letter with a full explanation of the issue. A very big thank you from me and Dougal, I will definitely order from you again.
