I have been using happy hoppers for a few months now and the prices and quality of the products are better than other pet shops locally. And I have always received my orders very quickly! The lady that takes the orders is very helpful and friendly and if they miss my call they have always called me back! I just wanted to express my gratitude to the staff and managing director of Happy Hoppers for their exceptional customer service. I have been trying to get hold of my dog's favourite chew treats for some weeks, unfortunately Happy Hoppers like other suppliers were unable to fulfill my order due to a problem with the manufacturers. However, they went out of their way to establish what the problem was, when it could be resolved, order an alternative and even sent a similar complimentary bag of treats in the meantime. I also received a phone call from a very nice lady at Happy Hoppers shortly followed by a lovely letter with a full explanation of the issue. A very big thank you from me and Dougal, I will definitely order from you again.
