EUpays and firstdata merchant services both are same company ,We processed with them 14647 GBP, on time of payment said we will send it next week due to delay they gave us fake wire copy stating wire came back when we asked for wire copy no reply stating we rushed wire and donot stop processing .we checked with intermidoary bank as well there was no remittance , people again asked USA UK INDIA account we gave to them then after we got reply .here is their last email-

I understand this is really very frustrating for you however I can assure you to the best of my knowledge that we tried to transfer the funds three times and every-time it got declined and was returned back to our acquirer.

I was promised for transaction rate of 1.5% I'm also copying the email of the business proposal sent by the person I dealt with .

When I received the settlement I was charged 2.5% rather 1.5% percent

Also the International wire took five days to receive in my account

That is not So fair.

In general cases international wire takes only two days.

Poor customer service, when it comes to payout.

I paid 36000 INR get the account and have charged 4000 euros on the account.

Its been 3 weeks no one is replying on the email for payout.

Earlier it was showing sales on my dashboard, now just have 316 euros on the dashboard.

No one is replying on the part where my money has gone.

Cannot say I am very satisfied with this company but at this stage I don’t find a better solution.

Their charges are less but AMEX cards gets declined.

Also, IVR support system is mostly in German language so even if I connect to their German number I cant understand their language.

As EuPays projects it self as a Global processing company like Adyen, they should have international telephonic support , preferably in English and a UK or US number

I was fed-up with the decline ratio of my payment with all my previous processors. Fortunately, I got good success rate in my processing with EU Pays. It is taking care of my payments from both EU and US markets. They are working fine for me expect their payout thing. I have to wait for 14 days every time to get money transferred. Previous processors had the option of weekly payments.

I had a account with EUpays. Everything work fine but when i asked for payout customer adviser behaviour changed. I asked many times for payout but every time same reply. We had technical issue and dealing with this issue. They do not bother to reply to my email now. I been in touch with company house in Poland but they advise that ''NO COMPANY IS REGISTERED IN NAME OF EUPAYS SA OR EUROPE PAYMENTS SA''

Poland address on website is hotel address and because they idiots have no business or link in poland so they don't know how address system works in Poland.

Contact numbers USA, Poland, Lithiuania all are virtual phone numbers and receiver will be based in INDIA.

They only reply or talk on SKPYE but not by email or over phone. If customer want's to join them than they will happy to talk over phone or reply to your emails.

LET'S talk about payment system. Payment processing system is horrible. Credit card processing system mean online and quick service.

But EUPAYS is completely offline. They manually accept or declined card payment in eupays merchant area. But approved payment is not guarantee that you will receive that payment. Lately they can change to declined or error. Minimum payment approval time 12 hour. Normally credit card processing take few seconds.

I did left negative feedback couple of months ago because i was tired of asking my payout. Customer adviser told me that First i have to remove my negative feedback than they will release my payout and still nothing.

Haven't give up yet.....

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS STAY AWAY FROM THIS INDIA BASED COMPANY

Last month my payment gateway on Authorize.net terminate I don’t know why. My all the client are ready make payments, so I asked EU Pays. They not only live my account instantly, even they made payout at time.

EUPays helps me avoid getting authorization from the bank every time i wish to make international payment. EU Pays allows linking multiple bank accounts and transacting in multiple currencies. One can avoid risk of frauds from sharing credit card details to third party for making payments as you only need to share your email ID registered with eupays and it does the rest. EU Pays is a secure and convenient way of making payments and receiving money internationally.

I don’t understand some of these negative statements. I have been a long time user of EU Pays and finally accepted their offer of EU Pays credit. The billing statement on your eupays account online explains everything about the bill. It lets you know when the promotional financing payments are due. They notify you via email when payments are due. I just don’t understand what these other people’s problems are. Make your payments on time and there isn’t an issue and quit blaming them for your mistake.

They changing their technology frequently and I got update on time, so never hassle of understanding new technology. Good work eupays.
