Awful, Unreliable, Uncontactable
Ordered a desk, next day delivery after 3 days still no desk, tried to contact the office, on hold for over 3/4 of an hour decided to call sales to see if i could get through to them. Got through straight away but was told they cant do anything and they have no manager to talk to (spoke to a lady called Sonica Dalali). She said she would get someone to call me... no one did. Then i emailed to confirm cancellation of order, no reply just an automated reply "Thanks for getting in touch. Your request (419873) has been received and is being reviewed by our team.
We are experiencing higher than normal customer contacts and appreciate your patience whilst we work hard to help all of our customers.
During this time, we may take up to 5 working days to respond to your email. We apologise sincerely for the delay.
To add additional comments, reply to this email". Six working days later still no response, apology or even acknowledgement.

Ordered office furniture. Had confirmation that items would be delivered on preferred date. Did not arrive. After 45 minutes holding on the phone was told that the items had not been passed to delivery agents. Cancelled order and will go elsewhere.
Since writing this I have now heard that despite what I was told the items will in fact be delivered today - much later than originally expected. They really don't know what they are doing!

Terrible Courier - Terrible Sevice
Avoid this company. I initially ordered a desk from them and that was the beginning of the end. My order was routed to the wrong delivery depot which meant it was delayed arriving firstly failing their next day delivery - to then find the desk "Hidden" behind some bins outside my house where any person could of simply walked off with the desk while I was at work the entire day.
Hanging half ripped in my letter box was a small sheet of paper saying XDP had delivered it and put the desk behind my bins (Which didn't need saying it was clearly obvious with a 1.6m desk behind a small household bin). With this in mind I simply wanted my money back and an end to the already growing nightmare.
Arranging the collection was easy enough; even if their customer service number apparently refuses to allow household phones to ring through - instead requiring you to use your mobile but then once again XDP failed miserably. No email to inform me of the ETA time - you have to check this yourself and they still failed to show up in that slow, not even bothering to call me to inform me they would not be collecting it that day (Thus a day wasted thinking they were running late) - the next day I get a phone call saying they had forgotten to collect my package. With this in mind I expected that day collection; nope they were not in the area and could not collect it until a few days time - Brilliant when you work a shift pattern of 7 on 7 off.
TL;DR - This company uses XDP as its courier (Look them up they are horrific) and you shouldn't purchase anything off them - I haven't even looked at my desk, it wasn't worth the effort unwrapping it.

Ordered an office desk next day delivery. item not dispatched. arrived 3 days later with missing parts. many many phone calls and still unresolved with excuse after excuse after excuse . NEVER AGAIN....

Avoid Like The Plague
I recently made the mistake of ordering a desk from this company.
Since they first delivered the desk ( advertised as next day delivery ) with missing parts I have spent the best part of three weeks chasing them to get the missing bits delivered.
The desk was assembled yesterday and is unbelievably flimsy and creaky, to the point where it's not fit to use.
Trying to tighten the bolts to reduce the creaking has resulted in parts of the wood just pulling away, so sadly, it's going to have to go to the tip next weekend. It's been a very expensive mistake but I really can't face dealing with this lot any more so will just have to put it down to experience.
This is probably the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with in recent years and a really shoddy product.

Don't Touch Them With A Barge Pole!
I ordered a computer desk from them and paid online. Meant to be next-day delivery. 3 days later I called them to be told by their After Sales Dpt that they had problems with their supplier and that they would try to sort it out. I sent them an email on the same day confirming the conversation. No one replied. I sent them another email the next day. I wonder if they are just trying to get money/orders from customers to keep the company afloat?!

Never Again. Worst Online Shop Ever
Described furniture as in stock and next day delivery. Vital for the setting up of our business.
An eight week catalogue of misinformation followed. Items not in stock, its the despatch companies fault, it will arrive in 1 day 2 days, next week. All failed.
Dealyed the start of our business and us paying rent on a property we couldn't use without desks.
Furniture arrived -missing instructions, lockable cupboards that don't lock.
Under no circumstances use this site that is clearly just a webfront for a justi in time import business.
