Just had to remark on the the excellent service and great staff at Music Warehouse. How they managed to source my Martin mini is beyond me (to say they are thin on the ground is an understatement)but source it they did. And as for the Digitec...bloomin' marvelous!

Having been let down by another web based supplier I was relieved to remember the music warehouse who were able to deal with my request both promptly and professionally.

It made a pleasant change to talk to someone on the phone who was interested in me as a customer and was able to deal with my order so that I could get a guitar delivered to my son at University in time for his birthday. Goods were delivered as promised and now have one happy uni student.

I will definitely be placing them back at the top of my list should I need anything in the future.

Having visited numerous music shops in the region, I have to say that Music Warehouse comes out on top for me. The staff are helpful, accommodating, and know their products really well. The range of music equipment that the store has to offer is very broad, including a mix of professional and economy items, giving the prospective buyer a lot of choice when it comes to purchasing something. Across the board, the prices are very competitive, which makes it very difficult not to shop here!

We bought a Deacon electric guitar pack from Music Warehouse last year for our son, the staff were extremely helpful with making the right decision and done us a great deal too. We returned again this year to buy an acoustic guitar for our daughter and had the same great service, they advised us on an Ibanez acoustic pack which came with absolutely everything she'd need and saved us a lot of hassle. I'd highly recommend this shop, it has so much great stock for beginners to professionals and the shop is in a beautiful old building with lots of small rooms which gives you a bit more personal space than larger stores. The staff are all extremely friendly and give you the time and space whilst providing the help and advice needed. They also offered free local delivery. Brilliant!

I reserved a Tanglewood guitar which the team v kindly sat aside until I visited the shop at the wk end, then found out after paying the guitar wouldn't fit any case I or the shop had, so after a further 4 hours of making my mind up I was able to chop the Tanglewood back in and FINALY settled on a Traben Phoenix which I cant put down, the team were VERY helpful and understanding and patient, then went on to choose an amp which was a lot easier!! Looking forward to going back soon to add a effects pedal to get an even deeper bass sound, can not recommend the team highly enough. An expensive visit but very enjoyable.

I bought a Delta Blue DRG-2 CE Electro Acoustic Resonator from this site. I could not have been more pleased with item and service. Prior to dispatching my order, they phoned me at home, telling me the item was one of their display stock, and that there would be a few scratches on it. I said that it would be fine - when the guitar arrived with me, the only blemishes on it were a few finger prints, which were easily cleaned of it.

This model would be a good introduction instrument for any one. The same model on a few other websites, where priced at £339 + so, it really pays to look around, and I am glad I did. The personal service as explained above was first class. The only minor fault, and it is not really a fault, but more of a suggestion for Music Ware House, the description of the instrument could have included a link to any hard cases that the guitar would fit into - if there had been such, I would have have bought a case while ordering the guitar.

Music warhouse is a great little music store in colchester, i have visited many stores in the essex area, and for me music warehouse provides some of the best services and deals, there set up costs a repairs on instruments are as cheap as you will find in the local area.
