IT IS NEVER CONSISTENT

THATS WHAT IS MOST ANNOYING WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY CHARGE YOU THEN CREDIT YOU BACK THEN CHARGE AGAIN ... ALL SEEMS TO BE RANDOM. IT ALL AVERAGES OUT AT £15/MTH SO IM HAPPY BUT REALLY CRAP BILLING, HOPE IT CHANGES. I EVEN SPOKE TO THE HEAD OF BILLING, SOME ASIAN / INDO DUDE SAYING WE HAVE EXCELLENT BILLING METHOD....YER MAYBE ON YOUR SIDE BUT NOT FOR CUSTOMER!
