Do Not Use Or You Will Lose Your Money. Very Poor.
Purchased a 4-port wall charger earlier this year. They send a defunct completely different item and I have contacted several times but now have to write my £29.99 off. No responses at all. They knew exactly what they were doing when they sent a one port defunct charger and probably thought I would not notice. I didn't until I went to use it a few months later and checked my purchase. Wish I had read the reviews first.
Just don't risk it.

Ministry Of Deals Rip Off British Customers Yet Again.
July 2014 purchased a GPS Micro tracking Device for a motorcycle. 7th august not arrived. Customer services via email stated a replacement being despatched.22nd August customer services Not arrived advice another on its way.31st august 2014 Customer Services stopped replying to my emails. October 2014 sent a recorded letter outlining the facts for a refund. The letter was never collected as it could not locate a letterbox at the address given. returned back to me. They have no contact landline. Poor customer services. goods do not exist. how can a company still be allowed to operate.

Iv orderd a long cable charger for iPhone 5 and it never came , I ordered it the end of August, iv emailed and they were sending a new one which I'm still waiting for, there a complete joke, don't buy off them

I order 2 items from mnistry of deals, they weren't what was described AND they didn't work. I have now emailled them 5 times and never had any response. I cannot find a phone number.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from "Ministry of Deals"! My experience is just like everyone else's Product has never arrived months after ordering/paying. All my several emails ignored. They will not accept telephone calls. I'll now have the hassle of reclaiming via my credit card company.

tried to purchase a product through ministry of steal,sorry deal.its taken nearly two months of talking to living social to get my money back. have had to talk to my bank to get a refund from ministry of steal,sorry deal. but they didn't pay it the bank paid for it.no emails to tell me if and when i was receiving the product. turned out i didn't receive either the product or my money back. unbelievable this day and age a company can advertise a product, get the money for it and not send the product.but still keep the money. "don't use this company" that's my advice.

does anyone know how to contact this company ? I have ordered and paid for goods in February 2014 and despite several e mails I have never received a response ! my latest e mail has been returned to me !!!
Hi, I had a problem with them earlier in the year. I used a voucher from Living Social. I did email them a few times and they kept saying the product would be re-ordered and it had been sent, but it never arrived. After 6 weeks I contacted Living Social and they offered a refund, then i got 2 orders of the product within a few days, so I was up on the deal!
Why do they refuse to respond to queries? The reviews speak for themselves.
Why do they take peoples money and not send them the goods?
They actually complained to this site about my feedback and it was take off for a while until I responded to say that I wanted to stick by my original review and I had to prove I had bought from them. The review was re-instated and I was asked if my contact details could be passed on so that they could contact me, I agreed because I would like to see what they had to say for themselves but, needless to say, they have never contacted me!
