This was recommened to us for our children's website, really useful feedback, we got a video and some written answers which was handy. It was great to see the user navigating my site in real life and making the comments as he went through. Obviously, some was dis heartening as I had put a lot of time into the website, but it was actually good to hear what an outsider thought as it enabled me to make changes to website, for example, the user didn't like the font and tbh it wasn't great so I changed it and really it was just little changes like that.

For £30 I would defintely recommend this service, it's good just to get an idea of what the everyday person thinks of what people think of your website when they land on it. Thanks x

I have a little hobby website that I use for selling arts and crafts that I make. I wanted to know what people though of my website when they landed on it. I have previously asked friends and faamily but I found they were all very postive which was great but I wanted an honest opinion. So I cam across website feedback, it's brill!!

So I filled out a form and submitted what I wanted to ask, within an hour I had a video and a some written answers back about what the user thought of my website, You can pick target market and obvs mine is like 18-30 women so I did that. Truely awesome tool and brill for the price. Have used it a couple of times since because they do a 3 review offer.
