No1>: They miss report your payment history to the credit reference agencies e.g. wrong amount showing on your file, even when you have cleared your contract with them they still miss report your account

No2 : They never ever answer the phone EVER, it goes to some dodgy mobile number with Vodafone.

No3 : They constantly try and take a payment from an old card even though they have had your new card details for months and then claim that you have a missed payment.

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY .. THEY SHOULD HAVE THIER CREDIT CONSUMER LICENCE STRIPPED OFF THEM

I order few item with them and i had no problem at all been fast delivery and always pay on time by DD. I saw a bad comment for this company at first and i thought its cant be that bad surly as because there are so many good review and everything people who comment bad things about this company should be a shame of them self as because BRIGHT HOUSE is the worst company and higher interest rates then weekly payment store. brilliant weekly payment. there nothing i dislike this company. i would highly recommend. join them on Facebook as they do competition like then and see if your lucky to get the prize.

I was sceptical at first as its a very new company and all the reviews are glowing. But I did some homework and they turned out to be legitimate. So I applied for an account on Friday night and was approved on Monday. Ordered something on Monday night and it was with me on Wednesday which was fantastic! All products where delivered in sealed manufactures packaging, unlike Brighthouse. No forcing me to take 'Optional Service Cover'. Great low weekly payments taken by Direct Debit, and the first payment isn't until the end of the month.

If only all pay weekly rent to own store where like this. They should be proud of themselves.

Any cons? Only one. A minimum 20% deposit is required before any purchase. However, if you cant afford the deposit, you probably shouldn't be taking out the credit in he first place!

I applied wednesday gone and was approved today! i have not purchased anything yet but i will be over the weekend. I will add another review after deliver.

I applied for this account a few weeks ago, next day i was approved.. For a xmas present for the wee one we thought we'd get a motorised car, payed on the wednesday evening, arrived on the friday morning, like the comment further down i to thought maybe a week.. But brilliant, cant fault it, so fast and reliable, and also cheaper..

I applied to an account of Tuesday, was full approved later that day with a great credit limit.

I then placed an order the next day excepting delivery to be a week, as in their FAQ however the item got delivered the very next morning. I cannot fault this company.

And what value for money, the item including apr charges is less that buying direct from the manafacture.

This company provide great products at good prices with excellent flexibility for payment. On top of that the delivery service is second to none and the customer service is by far better than most high street stores. I would recommend them to anyone without a second thought.
