I recently returned a watch under guarantee for repair. The first problem is that they sent an acknowledgement itemising scratches to face, strap and back when no such defects existed, clearly to avoid any responsibility. After over a week they

replied saying the watch needed servicing for £60 odd. No intention of honouring a guarantee at all. Like most of these things I suppose, the guarantee is not worth a fig.
