I have used and still have a number of Wolf tools which are excellent. However I have been trying to get a nut and screw for a pair of loppers. No chance I cant find anyone who stocks spares apart from Central spares who only deal with the trade and want me to order £40 worth for less than £10 for the items I want.

I will never buy another Wolf item

Have had fast service, communication & order received from world of wolf. Would recommend this firm and the cultiweeder, and double hoe are easy to use. Not yet tried the weeding brush.

I bought a pair of professional anvil secateurs as a present so I have not used them. Following some research I found these on World of Wolf site and they seemed to tick all the boxes. World of Wolf was also the cheapest supplier I could find and they also gave me free postage even though the item was just under the £30 limit. A nice touch because we all know what it is like trawling through a site to find something we think we might want to get free postage!! I have other Wolf garden products and will definitely use World of Wolf in the future.

When I ordered the Multi-change® Professional RE-PM tree saw & Vario handle ZM-V4 the procedure was easy and the delivery was prompt. Unfortunately, upon receipt I noticed that the pole was damaged during transit and I immediately contacted the World of Wolf customer service team to report my findings and who in return acted swiftly without any quibble. I can highly recommend this company not only for their excellent customer service but the speed this minor but significant incident was resolved. A special thank you to the customer service/sales team.

As a professional gardener I need to use top quality tools and have learnt through my own experience that Wolf Garden Tools come second to none. They are versatile and appropriate for the work for which they are intended. I purchased the tree lopper set yesterday at 15-00hrs and they arrived today at 09-45. I have tried them out less than 24 hours after purchasing them and am more than fully satisfied. Great website and excellent price, cheaper than in the shops.
