I ordered a lap tray to replace one that I had broken. A small tray was sent instead of the large one that was advertised on the website. I emailed Wigley's and they apologised and said they had made an error with the description on the website. They sent the correct sized lap tray to me and advised that I could keep the small one as a good will gesture. I am a very happy customer as the manufacturer discontinued this particular design and Wigley's was the only place that had any in stock. Fast delivery and excellent customer service. I would recommend Wigley's and would have no hesitation with buying from them again.

I was very impressed with the wide range they had online on at Wigley DIY. It was incredible to see such a great range of tools all in one place. I had a big job to do and needed to get everything in one place. I was ver yhappy to see that they could give me all this and their prices were very reasonable. I love that they're really helpful when you go down to meet them - I filled my basket online then discovered they were only 25 minutes away from me, so rather than paying for delivery and waiting for the post man to bring the parcel, it was quicker and cheaper to go down to them. When i couldn't find what i was after the staff pointed me in the right direction and gave me a tonne of help.

I bought several car cleaning supplies as they currently have an offer on autoglym sprays, they arrived in good time and everything i ordered arrived.

The staff are lovely to get along with and are very responsive to comments and suggestions, it's a fantastic place although I wish they would open a store a little nearer to me.

My husband is a big garden fanatic and has bought up all of their discounted stock in time for spring next year - it must have taken a while for them to fill the box but somehow they got it out the same day and gave us next day delivery - excellent store.

In the process of redecorating and ordered a few paint samples which turned up a couple of days later. Found the perfect paint for the kitchen and bathroom so ordered some bigger tins which also turned up a couple of days later without any fuss.

Ordered some tools for fathers day and they arrived in good time. Very happy with the service.

After ordering a Bosch cordless sander on the 16th, I got the package the very next day, mid morning on the 17th! I didn't have to pay for next day delivery and still got the service, so saved the £2 extra delivery charge.
