Order & paid for a water feature from this company, on the web site it said it was in stock with a 3 to 5 day delivery. When I had not heard anything I contacted them to be told that the water feature was at an external warehouse and would be delivered to their warehouse 8 days after I had ordered it. I had to go away for 3 days which I told them, it didn't appear on my return and when I phoned I was told it would be delivered the next day. The web site on that day was claiming item was in stock and was a next day delivery. The water feature did arrive the next day and the produce is excellent, but all in all it took 14 days to complete the transaction. Having read the feedback from this company it would seem this was a regular thing to say it was in stock but for it to take ages to arrive. I also found the product on the Wilkinson's web site in stock and available to pick up from the store the next day. Conclusion, do your research before purchasing online.
